Anna Urban

Anna Urban has a diverse work experience history. Anna began their career as a Community Engagement Intern at La Comunidad News LLC in 2015. Anna then joined City Year in 2015 as an Americorps Member until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Anna worked as an Education Coordinator at Milwaukee Riverkeeper. Anna then transitioned to Urban Alliance, where they held roles as a Program Coordinator from 2019 to 2021 and later as a Program Director from 2021 to 2021. Currently, Anna is working at EVERFI as an Implementation Specialist since December 2021, and in June 2023, they will start their new role as District Success Lead. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in community engagement, education coordination, and program management.

Anna Urban attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Legal Studies and Spanish. In 2015, they also briefly studied at the Universidad de Sevilla in Spain, focusing on Spanish without earning a degree. Afterwards, from 2017 to 2019, Anna pursued their Master of Arts (MA) in Educational Policy at Marquette University.
