Eric Shank

Eric Shank is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in front end engineering and application development. Currently serving as a Distinguished Engineer at EVERFI since February 2014, Eric leads front end engineering across multiple systems and platforms, focusing on applications for EverFi's Foundry and course framework utilizing React. Previously, Eric held positions as Vice President of Front End Engineering and Senior Software Engineer at EVERFI, where responsibilities included leading the Course Development Team to ensure consistency in course integration and interface components. Prior to EVERFI, Eric worked as a Software Engineer at Orchestro and as a Senior Software Architect and Product Manager at Avectra, where significant contributions included developing the IdeaStarter crowd-funding application and managing associations' software solutions. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from William & Mary.
