Senior Manager Customer Success Enablement at EVERFI

Merisa Valk has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Merisa'smost recent experience includes working at EVERFI as a Senior Manager of Customer Success Enablement and previously as a Customer Service Manager. Prior to that, Merisa had a significant tenure at Booster, where they held positions such as Team Manager, Senior Program Leader, Program Leader, and Program Specialist. Merisa also volunteered at the National Society of Sales Engineers as a Volunteer. Earlier in their career, Merisa worked as a Preschool Facilitator at LAKE BALDWIN CHURCH and as a Dance Teacher at A Time to Dance.

Merisa Valk earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to attending UCF, they obtained an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Human Performance and Recreation from Pensacola State College, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Merisa obtained certifications in "Customer Service: Managing Customer Expectations" and "How to Project Vocal Confidence" from LinkedIn in July 2020.
