Daniel Steer has been working as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Everflow Water since January 2021, having previously held the position of Technical Insight Analyst at npower from March 2015 to January 2021. Throughout their career, Daniel has been responsible for providing KPI reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Daniel has also developed and maintained work allocation and reporting tools, produced KPI reports using various tools, analyzed processes to identify optimization opportunities, and worked with external partners to deliver solutions. Daniel's educational background includes attending Stockton Sixth Form College from 2000 to 2002 and Our Lady and St Bedes from 1994 to 1999.
