Ramy Yarden

Ramy Yarden is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit risk and structured finance. As Co-Founder of EverFlow Inc. since August 2018, Ramy specializes in digital assets backed securities, focusing on issuance, marketing, and trading on blockchain. In addition, Ramy has been Co-Founder and CEO of Global Finance since 2003, leading the firm as Israel's top issuer of credit risk structured finance with over 6 billion bonds issued and listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Previously, Ramy served as V.P. and CEO at DS Group from 1994 to 2002, and as VP of Finance at Orlite Industries from 1992 to 1994. Ramy holds a BA and CPA in Economics and Accounting from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a degree in Real Estate Appraisal from Tel Aviv University, and completed studies at the Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in 2000.
