Blake Lafever

Blake LaFever, CISSP/CCSP, serves as the Principal Cyber Engineer at Everfox since May 2023, bringing extensive experience from a distinguished 20-year career in the US Navy, where Blake held various leadership roles in IT, cybersecurity, and data analysis. Significant achievements include creating a data usage analysis model for over 300 naval ships, securing over $1 billion in funding for advanced cybersecurity initiatives, and improving network performance and compliance through strategic audits affecting thousands of users. Blake also has a solid academic background with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master's degree in Cyber Systems and Operations from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Old Dominion University. Prior roles include a Data Center Incident Management Fellow at Google and various IT positions at Oxford Industries, showcasing a continuous commitment to enhancing cybersecurity and operational efficiency across multiple domains.
