Chad Anson

Chad Anson is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in overseeing legal and intellectual property matters across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Everfox since March 2024, Chad leads a global team and provides strategic legal counsel to support business initiatives. Previously, Chad held a similar role at Forcepoint from January 2017 to March 2024, where responsibilities included managing litigation and compliance functions and developing an intellectual property strategy. Chad's earlier experience includes serving as Chief IP Counsel at Dell Inc. from October 2001 to January 2017, where leadership of global patent operations and collaboration with product development teams were key responsibilities. Chad began a legal career as an associate at Thompson & Knight and Arnold, White & Durkee. Chad holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
