Jen Buckner

Jen Buckner is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity, and governance. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at National University, Jen provides strategic oversight and financial stewardship. As Senior Vice President of Technology Risk at Mastercard, Jen leads a team focused on security and technology risk governance aligned with best practices and regulatory standards. Additionally, Jen holds positions on several advisory boards, including the Cyber Risk Institute and Everfox, and has served in various roles within the United States Army, particularly in cyber operations and information security. Jen's educational credentials include an MBA from Touro University California and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
