Joe Moran

Joe Moran has extensive experience in contract management and negotiation across various sectors, including cybersecurity, healthcare, and government contracting. They served as a Command Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army from 1985 to 2015 and held multiple roles in the private sector, notably as Contracts Counsel at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2017 to 2022 and as Senior Contracts Manager at ICF from 2022 to 2024. Currently, they are the Director of Contracts at Everfox, leading a team in a cybersecurity organization.
