Max Northup

Max Northup is an experienced Principal Cyber Security Engineer currently working at Everfox since January 2024 and at Forcepoint since September 2020. Prior to these roles, Max served as a Principal Software Engineer at Raytheon Intelligence & Space from January 2004 to September 2020, focusing on software development primarily in Java 8, DevOps CI/CD implementation, and integration processes. Max's earlier experience includes a position as a Software Consultant at Hie Electronics from 2005 to 2009 and as a Senior Student Associate at Applied Research Laboratories (UT-Austin) from October 2001 to December 2003, where responsibilities included designing applications using Oracle Forms 9i. Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2003, with skills in web-based applications, PL/SQL, and Apache Web server.
