William Leigher

William Leigher (USN-Ret) serves as an EAB Member at Everfox since January 2024 and is the President of Wm Leigher Consulting, LLC since April 2019, providing advisory consulting services in cyber security and leadership for the US federal government and industry. Leigher's prior experience includes significant roles such as Director of DoD Cyber Programs at Raytheon, where a business development strategy for cyber capabilities was developed, and serving on the Board of Directors for the National Cyber Security Alliance. Leigher has also held leadership positions within the Navy, including Deputy Commander of U.S. Fleet Cyber Command and Commanding Officer of Navy Information Operations Command Norfolk, overseeing extensive personnel and operations in cyber and information dominance. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Southern Maine.
