Gitte Graugaard

Gitte Graugaard is currently the Director and Head of People and Culture at Everfuel, a position they have held since 2025. With over 10 years of experience, Gitte previously worked in various roles, including Senior Manager Management Support at Energinet and HR Consultant at Orifarm A/S. Gitte's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Aarhus University and completion of leadership programs at INSEAD and the Personal Management Institute.
