Sydney Sutton is an experienced Research and Development Engineer at RTI Surgical® since September 2021, focusing on the development of biological implants for Sports Medicine and Plastic Reconstructive Surgery. Previous roles include serving as a Biomechanical Researcher at the Foundation of Orthopedic Research and Education, where Sydney assisted in the testing of orthopedic implants, and as a Student Development Engineer at NeuX Technologies, contributing to a body positioning system for neuromuscular signal mapping. Leadership experience includes founding CHAARG at the University of South Florida, a health and fitness community organization. Sydney holds a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the University of South Florida. Other experiences involve research assistant positions, mentoring, and customer service roles.
