Sofie Frederix

Sofie Frederix is a seasoned professional in the field of research and development, currently serving in a global R&D role at EverGrain Ingredients since July 2020. Previously, Sofie held the position of Global R&D Specialist in Co Product Development at Anheuser-Busch InBev from May 2019 to July 2020. Sofie's extensive experience includes over a decade at Tereos as an R&D engineer focused on product and process development, and earlier work at Tate & Lyle in a similar capacity. Sofie holds a PhD in Agricultural and Applied Biological Sciences from KU Leuven, along with a Bio-engineer degree in the same field, specializing in Food Chemistry, also from KU Leuven.
