Tom Scheirs currently serves as Global R&D Manager at EverGrain Ingredients since March 2021. Prior to this role, Tom held multiple positions at Anheuser-Busch InBev from August 2017 to February 2021, including Specialist I in Global R&D Research, Global R&D Biodiversity, and Byproduct Valorisation, along with experience as Perry Demo Technician. Tom completed a Master Thesis under Prof. F. Rolland at Thesis Molecular Plant Biology between September 2016 and June 2017. Earlier experience includes a position as a Vakantiestudent at Toxikon Corporation from February 2016 to July 2016. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from KU Leuven (2014-2017) and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven (2010-2014).
