The Personal Location technology is the result of an ongoing research project begun in 1991 to understand the relationship between personal experience and personal location. The practical value of this project is a mathematical method to identify personal locations for a specific individual that are optimum for performance in terms of mental clarity and reaction times. Other effects such as comfortable, beautiful, “feels like home” can be identified for vacation or retirement. 

The business cycle indicators were developed by Evergreen and have been used since 1994. These indicators have proven to be very good predictors of general business conditions, especially the consumer confidence index.
