Mitch Lorenz

Mitch Lorenz is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Vice President of Construction for Retail at Evergreen Devco, Inc. since September 2024, after previously holding the position of Director of Construction - Retail at the same company from September 2020 to September 2024. With a career spanning since 1998, Mitch founded ML2 Management, LLC, serving as Owner and Lead Project Manager from March 2010 to September 2020, and has significant experience in managing private and commercial projects in the Phoenix and Tucson metro areas. Prior experience includes roles as Partner and Senior Project Manager at Foursite Consulting, LLC, and Engineering Tech at the City of Scottsdale. Mitch holds a BSHUD in Architecture, Planning, and Construction from Arizona State University and an AA in Architecture from Ferris State University.
