Mike Pearce

Mike Pearce has extensive experience in mechanical design and related fields, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Designer I at Evergreen Engineering Inc since April 2016, Mike specializes in developing plant layouts and designing mechanical conveying systems and process equipment. Prior roles include CAD Designer II at Stantec, where 3D modeling and equipment layout designs for various industries were completed, and Mechanical Designer positions at several companies, including The Teaford Company and DEAN-OLIVER INTERNATIONAL, focusing on documentation for furnace designs and oil refinery expansions. Previous experience also includes providing engineering drawings for environmental remediation with Earth Tech Environmental and developing design documentation for rail car prototypes at Thrall Car Manufacturing Company. Mike's career began at Blue Bird Corporation, where detailed design documentation was created for R&D, production, and customer interactions.
