Evergreen Psychology is a counselling psychology practice based in Cranbourne, Victoria.  We have more than 15 years' experience counselling clients in the areas of chronic pain management, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, stress management, drug and alcohol problems, employee asssistance programs and workplace issues such as bullying and harassment.

We can help you with relaxation and mindfulness, confidence and self-esteem, dealing with panic attacks, grief and loss, complex and chronic health conditions and major life changes.

Our specialty is helping people with chronic pain to learn techniques to manage that pain.  Through our Victorian Chronic Pain Care division, we offer programs built on individual and group support.  We strongly believe that chronic pain sufferers need more than just one-to-one counselling.  Our practice provides a whole of life support program for chronic pain sufferers.
