Brad Schmidt

Brad Schmidt has extensive experience in facilities and maintenance management, currently serving as Facilities Manager at Evergreen Real Estate Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, Brad held various positions at Mandel Group, Inc., starting as Maintenance Supervisor and advancing to Director Of Maintenance, while working there since April 2007. Their career began at Oakbrook Corporation, where Brad worked as a Maintenance Supervisor from April 1997 to December 2006. Brad Schmidt is also a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician, having completed this certification through the National Apartment Association in 2015.
