Hlib Shvets currently serves as a Senior Delivery Manager at EverHelp since January 2021, focusing on client relationship management, negotiations, cross-selling, and market research. Hlib has also held the position of Customer Support Team Lead, overseeing and mentoring a team of customer support representatives, and has experience as a Customer Support Representative, managing client complaints and providing solutions. In addition, Hlib is a Senior Delivery Manager at Genesis Tech, which partners with entrepreneurs to build global tech businesses.
