Kateryna Protsenko

Kateryna Protsenko is a seasoned operations leader, currently serving as the Head of Operations at EverHelp, where they focus on HR strategy and talent development. In addition, Kateryna is the DELTA Programme Leader at NILE, coordinating academic aspects of language education. They have extensive experience as a CELTA and DELTA trainer, previously holding positions at institutions such as International House and Promova, where they launched and scaled live online tutoring. With a Master's degree in Linguistics from the National Technical University of Ukraine, Kateryna combines their passion for learning and teaching with strategic operations to foster collaborative environments.
