Valentyna Dimova

Valentyna Dimova is the Vice President of Customer Support at EverHelp, where they excel in leadership roles, including Head of Support and Customer Care. Previously, Valentyna worked as a Customer Support Representative at Helpware and served as a Team Lead at Genesis. They also spent time teaching English as a second language and freelancing as a translator. Valentyna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from НПУ им. М.П. Драгоманова, earned from 2016 to 2020.
