Yara Shypka is currently a Shift Lead at Genesis Tech, having transitioned from a Customer Service Representative within the same company and also working as a Customer Support Representative at EverHelp. With prior experience as an English Teacher at the Workshop of Knowledge, Yara has developed strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Lviv Polytechnic National University (2021-2026), Yara also holds a graduate degree in UI/UX design from Logos IT Academy, completed in 2022.
