Neelima

Neelima's work experience began in 2017 when they worked as a Business System Analyst at Spark451 Inc. In 2018, they joined the Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State as a System Analyst for a brief period. Later that year, they started working at Everise as a Senior Manager - Global HR Information Systems. Neelima then moved up to the role of Director - Global HRIS in 2020 and currently holds the position of Senior Director - HR Technology.

Neelima completed their Master's Degree in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2016. Neelima also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Data-Analysis Fundamentals with Excel, Managing Technical Projects, Solving Common Project Problems, and Project Management Professional from various institutions including LinkedIn and PROJECT MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE. Neelima obtained their Project Management Professional certification in 2012.
