Steve Jay Oligo

Steve Jay Oligo is an operations executive with extensive experience in the customer service and contact center industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Everise since November 2021, Oligo previously held the same title at 24-7 Intouch from May 2019 to October 2021. Prior roles include Wealth Contact Center Manager at ANZ and various operational management positions at The Results Companies, where responsibilities ranged from account operations and senior management to service delivery and training. Oligo started his career with positions in sales and training at Sykes Philippines, Cyber City Teleservices, and Sutherland. Oligo holds an MBA with a focus on Project Management from Kaplan Business School and a BS in Business Administration and Management from Central Luzón State University.
