Susan Johnson

Susan Johnson, PMP has extensive experience in leadership and project management roles. Susan has been with Everise since 2018, starting as the Sr Director of Implementation and currently serving as the Vice President Implementation. In these roles, they have successfully led multiple teams in the areas of healthcare, compliance, and licensing. Susan has also overseen project management and logistics, including equipment shipping, new hire onboarding, and asset recovery. Prior to Everise, Susan worked at C3/CustomerContactChannels, Inc. as a Director of Implementation from 2010 to 2018, and at PSOPhoto, LLC as the Director of Customer Service from 2009 to 2010. At Qualex, they held several positions including National Customer Service Manager, Corporate Customer Service Manager, and District Customer Relations Manager. Susan is recognized for their ability to improve operating efficiencies and their expertise in customer service systems.

Susan Johnson, PMP, studied dance at The University of Southern Mississippi from 1981 to 1985. Susan also attended Hattiesburg High School for a short period in 1981. In 2012, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
