Vincent L.

Vincent L. is an experienced leader in instructional design and learning technologies, currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development, Instructional Design, and Learning Technologies at Everise since February 2022. In this role, Vincent designs, implements, and evaluates leadership and talent development programs to foster a culture of continuous learning aligned with the organization's objectives. Additionally, Vincent chairs the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Employee Resource Groups, advocating for an inclusive work environment. With a background that includes founding Likha Learning, serving as Associate Director of Learning Solutions at VXI Global Solutions, and holding various instructional design and training roles across multiple organizations, Vincent has developed comprehensive expertise in creating impactful learning solutions and managing training operations. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan and previously studied Pre-Medicine at Silliman University.
