Chai Ng is an experienced professional currently serving as the Founding Chief of Staff at Everlab, where the focus is on creating innovative preventative health services to combat chronic diseases. Prior to this role, Chai held several key positions at Airwallex, including Director of Global Revenue Operations and Director of Product Strategy & Operations, where responsibilities encompassed developing scalable revenue strategies, enhancing product offerings, and leading customer insights initiatives. Chai's career began at Bain & Company, progressing through various consulting roles that involved digital initiatives and product strategy development across multiple industries. Chai holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Management from the University of Melbourne and completed a Software Engineering Immersive program at General Assembly Melbourne.
