Eric Robertson

Eric leads our wine and spirits programs, applying his extensive experience in international food and beverage management that he gained creating hospitality-centered businesses in both the United States and China.

He also has a leadership and business development background in both the jewellery and gemstone industries. He has written on sustainable business practices for several jewellery publications, and spearheaded the adoption of mine-to-market transparency.
