Peter Carr is a Senior Risk Consultant at EverLine - Energy's Technical Stack, specializing in pipeline integrity management studies. With 30 years of experience in risk and reliability assessment and asset integrity management, Peter has worked with leading firms including Atkins Oil & Gas, Brown & Root, and Peritus International. Peter pioneered risk-based inspection techniques in the 1980s and has since completed over 100 significant risk and reliability projects for onshore and offshore facilities. They hold a first-class honors degree in civil and structural engineering from Sheffield University and an MSc in steel structures from Imperial College London.
