Mikael Andersen

Mikael Andersen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as the Manager for Technical Assistance at MAN Energy Solutions since October 2006. In this role, Mikael manages cross-cultural cooperation between stakeholders in Asia and Europe, focuses on digital production support, and leads the TRUST team in Denmark. Prior experience includes project management of MAN’s first ethane-burning two-stroke engine and design of hydraulic systems for large bore electronically controlled engines. Education includes multiple leadership development programs at MAN Energy Solutions and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Ingeniør Højskolen København. Mikael has also worked as a Project Engineer at Danfysik A/S and has participated in various leadership and project management courses.
