Stuart Cooley

Stuart Cooley is an experienced professional in sales and coaching, currently serving as the Director of US Government Sales at MAN Energy Solutions since October 2017. Previously held positions included Government Sales Manager at the same company and various coaching roles with rugby teams, including Head Coach of the William & Mary Rugby Team since June 2019 and Head Coach of the Memorial High School Rugby Team from January 2014 to June 2019. Cooley’s prior experience also encompasses roles in manufacturing representation and a notable tenure in the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant Commander. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation & Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, an Executive MBA from the University of Central Florida, and completion of the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans at Texas A&M University. Other significant roles throughout a diverse career included positions with Siemens, where Cooley served in multiple capacities including Business Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
