Thomas Norman

Thomas Norman currently serves as the Department Manager at MAN Energy Solutions, overseeing a team focused on simulation of fuel injection and in-cylinder combustion since April 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held significant leadership positions at Babcock & Wilcox, including Engineering Manager for Firing Systems and CFD, managing 28 engineers across multiple locations for approximately 16 years. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Hardi International a/s and KEW Industri a/s, where Thomas contributed to research and development and technology design. Thomas holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Energy and Fluid Mechanics from the Technical University of Denmark.
