Maxwell Young has extensive work experience in the field of design, with a focus on UX design. Maxwell currently holds the position of Head of UX Design at Everly since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a UX Design Consultant at Kin + Carta for four years, from 2017 to 2021. Maxwell also worked as an iOS Technical Advisor at Apple in 2016. In addition, they have experience as a UI/UX Designer at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2015 to 2017, and as a Frontend Developer at Macmillan from 2013 to 2016. Maxwell also has experience as a Taekwondo Instructor at the HMD Academy of Taekwondo from 2010 to 2015.
