Teddy NDANDOU

Teddy NDANDOU has a diverse and extensive work experience. Teddy is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at Evermaps since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a University Lecturer starting from October 2015.

Teddy'smost recent role before joining Evermaps was in Groupe SeLoger, where they held multiple positions. From February 2018 to September 2021, they served as the Head of Tech B2B engineering, leading a team of around 60 people and managing 10 Agile features teams. Teddy was responsible for various tasks such as budgetary management, technical convergence with international companies, and redesigning the B2B IT architecture. Teddy also implemented Craft practices for teams, such as DDD, Microservice, and Continuous Delivery.

During the same period at Groupe SeLoger, from February 2018 to August 2019, Teddy NDANDOU also served as the Head of Tech B2B applications & Group backoffice. Teddy managed a team of about 25 people divided into 4 Agile features teams and was involved in lean management and Agile methodologies.

Before joining Groupe SeLoger, Teddy NDANDOU worked as an Engineering Manager at the same company from September 2012 to February 2018. In this role, they managed a team of 9 IT engineers, defined and managed changes, ensured the reliability and consistency of developments, and implemented the E-commerce Group architecture.

Prior to their experience at Groupe SeLoger, Teddy NDANDOU worked as an Information Technology Team Lead at Business France (Export) from September 2009 to September 2012. Teddy managed a team of up to 10 engineers and was involved in redesigning the VIE information and management system.

Before that, Teddy NDANDOU worked as a Web Application Developer at KPMG from October 2006 to September 2009. Teddy'sresponsibilities included designing and developing the group's websites in line with the international group strategy.

Teddy NDANDOU started their career as a Web Developer at Portes ouvertes sur le Lac from February 2006 to June 2006. In this role, they contributed to increasing the number of immigrants in the Lac-Saint-Jean region by developing a website and providing support services.

Teddy NDANDOU's education history begins in 2004 when they enrolled at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) to pursue a degree in DUT informatique, specializing in informatique. Teddy attended the university until 2006.

In the same year, Teddy also attended Cégep de Saint-Félicien, where they obtained a Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) in informatique.

From 2006 to 2009, Teddy pursued a Master's degree in Informatique at both ESGI and PPA Business School simultaneously. Teddy completed their studies in both institutions, earning a Master's degree in Informatique from ESGI and a master en informatique from PPA Business School.
