Product decision-making is a mess.

THE WHAT:

That’s why we built Evermuse: an AI advisor that turns customer calls into roadmap suggestions, so you can build better products, faster.

THE WHY:

- Product roadmapping is slow, incomplete, & subjective.
- Sales & Customer Success conversations tend to be a black box for your Product team.
- Other parts of your organization use AI-tools purpose built for them, yet your Product team is still relying on generic AI tools.
- Generic call recorder summaries are too dense or too high-level and not specific to the needs of your Product team.
- Web 2.0 competitors are not AI-native and still require you to spend hours tagging and grooming call transcripts or making use of their newly bolted-on, half-baked AI features.
- Web 2.0 competitors are built solely for Researchers and are too complex for the rest of your Product team, making it hard for Researchers to bring the rest of your organization into the fold.

THE HOW:

Evermuse ingests Sales, Customer Success, and Product team conversations with customers via upload, via direct recording in your meeting platform (e.g., Zoom, Teams, & Meet), and via your pre-existing call recorders (e.g., Gong & Chorus).

Evermuse parses those calls into the signals that your Product team cares about (e.g. needs, pain point, key quotes, & sentiment), and then categorizes and counts them for frequency.

Evermuse synthesizes all of your hundreds or thousands of calls into fully cited, voice-of-the-customer opportunities for your team to consider in your roadmapping efforts.

Evermuse allows you to easily export these opportunities to your favorite collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, & Asana).

Evermuse lets you Ask Anything of your dataset via an AI-powered chat so you can go deep or broad and uncover any insights you’d like from your full dataset of all customer calls.

Evermuse delivers you a daily feed of insights from customer calls and competitor product-relevant intel.
