Chereau S. is a Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in operational coordination and project management. After graduating with a DUT in Computer Science from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, they developed a passion for improving processes and tools in service delivery. Currently at A&O IT Group, Chereau oversees service delivery operations and is responsible for managing escalations and enhancing service processes. Previously, they have held roles at Econocom and Jiliti, where they focused on project management and operational excellence.
