Technical Support Specialist

Diego Lasry is a seasoned Technical Support Specialist with extensive experience in hardware analysis, diagnostics, and incident resolution, currently employed at Evernex since December 2019. Prior to this role, Diego worked as an IT Consultant and Solutions Implementer at Emetech S.A. from November 2015 to December 2019, delivering complex solutions and managing server virtualization projects. Previous positions include Technical Field Support at ROER International S.A. and a significant tenure at IBM from October 2002 to May 2015, where Diego provided technical support for Power Systems and System X, among other hardware platforms.
