Since founding TOPO Consulting in January 2018, Emeric has focused on optimizing network deployment strategies. In addition, Emeric holds leadership roles in InfraNum and Cercle CREDO. Previous positions include serving as Deputy General Director at Camusat, where Emeric prioritized the industrialization of processes and revenue balance between regions, and as General Director of Altice Technical Services France, overseeing significant restructuring and revenue growth. Emeric's career spans various roles at SFR, including Executive Director of Process and Quality of Service and CEO of SFR Assistance, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and profitability. Emeric's educational background includes a degree from ESME and participation in the IMM leadership program.
