Amber Carter has over 19 years of experience in the security monitoring industry, currently serving as the Director of Monitoring Operations at Everon since November 2004. In this role, Amber oversees the operations of dual monitoring centers, leading a team dedicated to delivering 24/7 professional security services across various vertical markets. Prior to this, Amber held the position of Monitoring Manager at ADT Commercial from November 2004 to October 2023. Amber is recognized for strong communication skills and a commitment to leveraging innovative tools and methods to enhance customer safety and satisfaction. Amber holds a degree from California State University, Northridge.
