Candace Lane

Candace Lane, SHRM-SCP, has over 17 years of experience in human resources. Candace is currently the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Everon, a position they began in October 2023. Prior to this role, Candace worked at ADT for 17 years, holding various HR positions such as Director/HR Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, Senior Regional HR Manager, and HR Manager. In these roles, they provided expertise in areas such as employee relations, organizational design, talent acquisition, change management, leadership development, policy administration, and compensation planning. Candace also collaborated with a highly matrixed organization, implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives and driving enterprise-wide HR initiatives.

Candace Lane, SHRM-SCP, holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Marquette University and a Bachelors degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Candace has additional certification as a Senior Certified Professional from SHRM.
