Dawn Collins

Dawn Collins currently serves as Vice President of Shared Services at Everon since October 2023. Prior to this role, Dawn was the VP of National Account Customer Operations at ADT Commercial from September 2012 to October 2023, and held the position of Director of Finance Shared Services at Stanley Convergent Security Solutions from August 1997 to September 2012. At Stanley, responsibilities included oversight of National Accounts billing and special customer billing requirements. Dawn's early career included a position as Credit Supervisor at Ultrak Operating LLP from October 1992 to March 1997, where duties encompassed leadership of the credit department and management of receivables. Educational background includes studies at Tarrant County College.
