Wayne Salyers

Wayne Salyers is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the security industry. Currently serving as the National Account Operations Manager at Everon since October 2023, Salyers previously held the role of National Accounts Operations Manager for the Carolinas at ADT Commercial from January 2020 to October 2023. Salyers' career at ADT began in April 2017 as an Operations Manager and included significant responsibilities in managing branch operations, resource planning, and budget oversight. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Service Manager at Cam Connections, overseeing high volumes of service calls, and Assistant Install Manager, managing installations for both new and existing customers. Wayne Salyers launched their career as a Service Technician and Project Manager, gaining hands-on experience in project supervision and customer service.
