Christopher Courtney has a diverse work experience in various IT roles. Christopher started their career at Noble Drilling in 2010, where they worked in managed services, desktop support, and server support until 2014. Christopher then joined Chevron Phillips Chemical Company as an Application Support Analyst, focusing on application testing and migration, desktop support, and backup and restore services. In 2015, Christopher worked at Lennar as a Site Administrator, providing support for Microsoft Outlook, Windows and Mac OS, and various mobile devices. Christopher moved on to AIG in 2016, where they worked as an Imaging Specialist, managing system imaging and Windows 10 migration projects, and providing Office 365 support and training. In 2017, Christopher joined SAP as a Desktop Support and Mobility Specialist, responsible for technical support, computer maintenance, and Office 365 troubleshooting. Most recently, they worked at Service Corporation International as an MDM Systems Administrator, managing multiple MDM infrastructures and thousands of devices for 10,000 users. Currently, they are working at EverOps as an Endpoint Engineer.
