Jérôme Paillard is currently the Head of Customer Services at Everping, where they focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving desired outcomes. With a strong background in customer success management, they have built and managed teams that contribute to business retention and expansion. Jérôme co-founded Agence KROQY and served as Customer Service Director from 2017 to 2021, and previously held roles at Konica Minolta and ista. They are also an investor with Time for the Planet since 2022. Jérôme holds a Master’s degree in Business Development from Novancia Business School Paris.
