Katelynn Defrain

Katelynn DeFrain is a seasoned professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as a Business Consultant in the Accelerated Growth Program at EverQuote since July 2020, after progressing through roles including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to EverQuote, Katelynn worked at Toast, Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative and held multiple positions at Buildium, including Customer Success Manager for Key Accounts and Senior Outbound Business Development. Katelynn began her career as a Merchandising Analyst at Wayfair. Katelynn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned in 2012, and a high school degree from Medfield High School, completed in 2008.
