Previously, Manav held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Jakson Infra, where overall delivery for the Infrastructure business was managed, including P&L responsibilities across various segments. As Deputy General Manager for Business Transformation in the Railways Business at KEC International Ltd., significant operational efficiency projects were led, achieving approximately $20 million in value over two years. In a prior role at Voltas International Operations Business Group, digital transformation initiatives were implemented to enhance productivity in MEP project delivery across GCC countries. Manav holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University.
