Brooke Smith

Brooke Smith currently serves as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at EVERSANA, leading the enterprise Talent Acquisition function and managing the North America corporate team since March 2022. Prior to this role, Brooke held various positions at ProPharma Group from September 2015 to March 2022, including Associate Director and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where leadership was provided for the US-based Talent Acquisition team in the life sciences sector. Earlier experiences include a Director of Education role at Everest College, enhancing student engagement and retention, and a Chief of Staff position, overseeing recruitment and compliance efforts. Brooke's career began at DeVry University in operational support roles. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BA in Sociology from The University of Kansas.
