Joan Oldham

Joan Oldham, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as People Director and previously as People Partner at EVERSANA since February 2020, Joan has held various significant positions including Human Resources roles at Baker and Taylor and Alamo Pharma Services, as well as Regional Training and Administration Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Business Partner for McRoberts Protective Agency, Inc. and as Regional Employee Relations Manager at inVentiv Health. Joan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Brigham Young University - Idaho and has additional educational credentials from Middlesex College.
